Total refurbishment of the overall fleet must be nearing 800 out of almost 1,000. Not sure where they'll operate though. Many new contracts are electric. Lots of NRM routes changing over.

@HayzeeySmyArt New buses now have it using heat pumps. Until now air conditioning would have made the vehicles too heavy for London's streets.

@granth1974 Hi Neil . Peak time trains are usually quite busy with everyday commuters travelling into London at this time . This train also has 10 coaches . I will look into the air conditioning issue and see if it can be adjusted or if it is faulty . ^TB

8:05 from Grove Park completely rammed, can barely get on and of course it's a train with no air con. It's actually just plain despicable that you treat passengers like this and don't care at all about the comfort of the people you transport. There's no excuse. @Se_Railway

While I do appreciate that the 376s are getting a much needed refurb, I really hope additional funding can be provided to install air conditioning because I was on one the other day it was was dire and my Mum come back on one today from London Bridge and it was the same answer, please @Se_Railway I do give you a lot of praise for listening but please get air conditioning for these trains!

@Royal_Greenwich Shame that Council failed to provide sufficient public toilets in Woolwich. One WC in the gents is not enough is it? Urinal too short for 2 men. Poor design.

The paddling pool at Hornfair Park will remain closed due to an issue found during maintenance which means that it needs to be fully drained. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it is unlikely the pool will be able to reopen this summer.

Hello there. I am sorry to hear this. We understand how important the quiet carriage is to some customers. While our Train Managers will assist if they can, they can't continuously monitor noise levels or enforce guidance around keeping noise to a minimum, as this is not covered under railway byelaws. We therefore rely on customers to be mindful of others, and I am sorry that didn't happen on your journey - Rose

@thameswater Herbert Road SE18. Leak blocking important road with 2 bus routes. Nobody on site for 2 days. Why don’t roads with bus routes get sorted as a priority?

@Captain_Deltic @dominicoc @AvantiWestCoast DfT demands turn up and go fares are available. A few years back caught the first Sunday train to Durham. Reservation system failed. People had to stand all the way to Doncaster.

Is time to make UK intercity trains reservation-only? Dunno really, but this @AvantiWestCoast train I am on is pretty chaotic.
