How many teachers have broken up a fight?

Someone told me a few days ago about a colleague who keeps a standard bag of Maltesers in her desk drawer at work and makes them last all week, and I'm so mind-blown that I keep thinking about how this is humanly possible.

Today was a long week.

Any other teachers feel like they binge eat when they get home? Be it a tough day or workload stress, I always find myself craving junk food on an evening to comfort me 😢 any advice?! Struggling with motivation atm too 😭
