@Harrods please rethink the floor layout of the children’s section - it’s not pram friendly & the majority of concessions are accessed via the mini steps with the ramps at extreme ends. It’s not right to be making shopping longer for pram users - especially in a section for kids

Harrods sold me the wrong perfume gift set in Edinburgh before Christmas. Still unresolved since 6 Jan. Asked to pay return postage for their mistake + given false info about the product being discontinued- it is NOT! Very poor service for a premium brand. @Harrods
