Harrods sold me the wrong perfume gift set in Edinburgh before Christmas. Still unresolved since 6 Jan. Asked to pay return postage for their mistake + given false info about the product being discontinued- it is NOT! Very poor service for a premium brand. @Harrods

@Harrods @HarrodsService “as far as I’m aware” I spent $2700 on perfume and wasn’t given the gift with purchase as advertised on your website. Appalling customer service which I had to follow up on. This person did nothing to help but state “as far as I’m aware”

Just been informed @Harrods doesn’t have a way to change an address. At same time, was almost scammed by someone with info given to @Harrods. So it seems a successful business isn’t investing in its customers safety #badcustomersrrvice

@Harrods baffled we were kindly taken by your doorman to the food hall, where we were turned away by your staff saying that my wife and I cannot queue for lunch as you are too busy. Hugely disappointing experience - no creative solution management proposed by team on the ground.

Disappointed with @Harrods ordered a hamper it arrived damaged (jam jar broken and jam all over the lining) refuse to replace and only offering £20 refund, expected better service from such a prestigious store. #CustomerServiceFail

@Harrods I’m really disappointed with the Harrods Jellycat airport exp. After waiting over 30 minutes in the cold to get in, we were told that they had run out of boarding passes. It was extremely frustrating especially after such a long wait.
