@HarrodsService disappointed after vising Harrods yesterday. I purchased a water bottle which was priced at £20, checked my receipt this morning & was charge £25!!

@HarrodsService really disappointed with the experience at your Harrods beauty store in the St James’s quarter. Purchasing a gift card to be handed the card in an envelope no proper card insert like normal. The sale assistant didn’t advise there was none before taking payment.

@HarrodsService Disappointing to be rejected from Harrods due to having a small wheeled suitcase (people were carrying larger bags). I saw that you have luggage storage, but the obnoxious lady at the door ignored our question about this.

We have removed all carrier bags from Harrods Food Halls, Gift Shop and Gift Wrapping departments, to continue our waste reduction efforts. Please bring your own bag or use an existing bag when shopping at Harrods Food Halls or Gift Shop departments.

@jellycatlondon didn't have in stock so thought Idget one from Harrods pay extra expecting some nice packaging for a gift and the sentimental message I wrote,but to just get the JC stuffed in a probably dirty box not even in any packaging I think is disgusting @HarrodsService

I ordered a Jelly Cats golden retriever from @Harrods £36 +£5.95 postage a gift for my sister who's G/R passed away.I added a sentimental note.Arrives no card just in cardboard box nothing else no tissue/giftbag.I was embarrassed/angry Harrods to send out a product like that.😡
