DID IT! Crossed finish line in sub-2hrs. Official @HarrowHalf time 1:56:35. Despite pace practice of realistic 5min/km, I allowed andrenaline of competition push me into sub-5min pace for 12km. Paid for it hitting the wall at 18km mark. Was great to raise money for @HADHarrow 👍
