Half marathon double digits 🥳That's now 10 official half marathons complete 🎊 First 2 laps were great & 🏃🏾‍♀️to my 🎶 helped Hit a bit of a wall on the 3rd lap so that was mostly walked and then it was a bit of a walk and run on the 4th But I'm glad to have got it done💪🏾

Half marathon no9 done and 1 out of 5 of the 5 day running challenge It was mostly walked as I didn't want to overdo it with my back issues and the last lap on the way back was tough I didn't care what time I did it in, I just wanted to finish and enjoy it Another 4 to go😅

#runstreak day 2,704 🔔🏞️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏁 Yesterdays race 🥹 My heart is SO full ♥️ #EDDUM 50 miler was a beautiful beast but so much fun 😍 The toughest race I’ve done with 8,507ft of elevation & tough terrain! A huge distance PB for me! 🔔 I can’t believe my body allowed me to do that! ♥️

Great way to start the day with a 10k and one that’s under an hour. Training hard as I’ll be doing my first solo running holiday and it’s trail running, something I’ve not done before. Any advice /tips would be appreciated 🙏🏽❤️🙌🏽🏃🏽‍♀️💪🏼

#runstreak day 2,558🔥 7 years ago today I started a runstreak after a dare with a mate🤪 Celebrated the day by running a marathon, as I had one on my training plan for this week🥳 26.31 miles✅ 1,066ft of elevation🏞️ My runstreak will stop one day. But for now, onwards we go♥️

Another nice little run today 🌞 Had only intended to run 2 miles but found another new route. Ran the first 2 miles and then walked the rest. Great day for it 🏃🏾‍♀️

After another close call again with the same dog & owner today, I do think that if a dog ignores your recall, then maybe you shouldn’t be letting it off its leash in public spaces. I love dogs, but it’s just unnerving when a dog you don’t know charges at you. I’m ok btw 🐾
