@EastMidRailway Evening. I’m on the late running EMR 2002 from STP to SHF. We get in 9 minutes late currently on 5A and I am due on the last train of the night scheduled at 2211 to Stockport. Could the 2211 be held a few extra minutes to allow for platform changes?🙏

@Se_Railway I’m on the 1010 from VIC - SIT. It is due into SIT at 1124 and the SIT - SSS is due to leave at 1123. Will the SIT - SSS be held the extra minutes to allow for the connection?

@Se_Railway Trying to get from SIT to MAN (Picadilly). Any chances of that happening this evening or shall I get my sleeping bag out on the Platform at Sittingbourne?

@Se_Railway Hi There. The 18:52 from QBR to SIT is delayed. I was due to get on the 19:10 from SIT to STP but won’t make my connection currently. I need to be on the 19:10 however as it’s the last train that makes my connection getting home to Manchester Picadilly.

@Se_Railway Thank you. I get in at 19;15 - and the STP gets in at 19:13. I need about 5 mins of holding otherwise I’m stuck in Sittingbourne and can’t get home to Manchester Picadilly due to missing connections.

@HarryCoughlan22 Hi Harry, I asked the train service manager, but we cannot make any promises as a few services are running late at the moment and it would potentially make those delays worse - we will try our best to hold it for a few minutes ^KJ

I get into SIT at 19:14 but my train leaves at 19:12. So can the 19:10 be held until 19:20 to allow me to make this connection to get me home to Manchester?

@Se_Railway Staff at Manchester Piccadilly It’s out of my control as to why I didn’t travel however now I need to travel this journey. The ticket is an any-time return within one month.

@HarryCoughlan22 Who informed you it was reusable? Had it been an open return it would be valid, but to me it appears to be a regular off-peak return. Unless you have any other confirmation to suggest otherwise? ^CC

@Se_Railway Good Evening. I booked this Ticket through yourself and didn’t travel on the journey. Is it possible to use the ticket tomorrow for a journey as I have not used it at all? I need to complete the whole journey tomorrow morning and can’t refund the ticket.

@Se_Railway I never used it though so how can I not use it again? To purchase another ticket for that journey is now £144. I collected the ticket however it is completely unused and un scanned. I couldn’t travel due to being taken to hospital. Out of my powers. I was told it was reusable

@HarryCoughlan22 Hi Harry, that ticket pictured is for October 25th, so expired some time ago. If you didn't collect the ticket using the reference then you typically get a refund. You cannot defer that ticket to tomorrow. ^CC

@Se_Railway Hi. That is all well & good however that makes myself miss my Taxi and hence makes me stuck in QBR unable to get home.

@HarryCoughlan22 Good evening, staff will be available at Sittingbourne when your train arrives. There is a further bus at 00:23 from Sittingbourne towards Sheerness. ^SK

@Se_Railway I am due on the 22:20 from STP to SIT. Then the 23:23 Bus from SIT to SSS. How is this journey possible with today’s delays? Will I make the 23:23 from SIT to SSS? Some assistance / guidance would be perfect.

@Se_Railway Hi Again. I see the 22:20 is now leaving STP @ 22:45. I won’t get into SIT until 23:40 now. Is it possible to get a staff member at SIT to book myself a Taxi to complete my journey home when I arrive into SIT?

@Se_Railway Hi There. Thank you for that. So if I end up missing the 23:23 Bus will a Taxi or some form of onward travel be arranged to my final destination? I have a Taxi booked from QBR to my Home however if I miss the 23:23, I will also lose my taxi and then be stuck.

@HarryCoughlan22 We will be hopeful that by tonight these services may be okay - if you have any difficulties speak to staff at the station who will able to make alternate arrangements for you. ^CC

@AvantiWestCoast Unsure if yourselves are aware but the 12:11 from EUS - MAN arriving @ 14:44 is disgustingly over-packed. How you can sell this many tickets is unreal! People can't even access the toilets & all doors and alleys are blocked. Hardly humane considering the price!

@Se_Railway Thank you for informing me. I wish I had known sooner. I have had to book a cheap hotel near STP now due to not making my on-ward connections and being able to finish my journey.

@HarryCoughlan22 Hi Harry, I have just been informed that because of operational reasons it's not been possible to hold the Sittingbourne to Sheerness train. Please speak to station staff who will arrange a taxi. Apologies for the disruption to your journey this evening. ^JS

@Se_Railway Evening. I am due to travel on the 22:20 from STP - SIT and change for the 23:23 SIT - SSS. However currently it says 17 minutes delayed meaning I miss my connection. Is it possible for the 23:23 to be held the extra rather than being stuck in SIT for an hour?

@Se_Railway Good Evening. I am on the 19:45 delayed from AYH to SIT. I need to change in Sittingbourne but currently only have one minute. Is it possible for the SIT to SSS to be held slightly longer than 1 minute?
