Farage will pull out of the Clacton by election. The ignominy of being beaten by a bin, or even managing to beat a bin, will be too much for him to bear. Conveniently, he will blame Ann Widdecombe’s death and explain that his own safety is now severely compromised. Am I wrong?

Be honest then, what stops this great England team from winning the World Cup? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 I can only see Wednesday going one way, and it could well be similar to the Germany demolition of Brazil in 2014...

I’m noticing this morning that although Norway lost the football last night, they haven’t trashed any of London. I’m beginning to wonder if all cultures really are equal.

2 years after Le Pen was convicted she is leading the polls in France by a massive margin. My guess is Farage will win Clacton, by a massive margin on a big turnout & Binface get a few thousand votes! Clacton will tell Westminster to stick it !

I must say the commentary has been as lifeless as England. Brian Moore used to excel in games like this. So did Hugh Johns,Gerald Sinstadt and Clive Tyldesley.

So now, we have reached the stage where a senior Reform figure has been murdered. And yet they carry on vilifying Mr Farage, who only asked for security for him and privacy for his family, funding which was refused by the govt. The media/Uniparty/blob disgust me.

With the local elections coming up don't let the news media bury the truth about Farage, Nathan Gill and Russia. On September 16, 2014, Farage and Nathan Gill made speeches to the European Parliament parroting several of the same Russian propaganda lies. Could this have just been a coincidence? I don't think so. It looks coordinated. Either Farage gave Nathan Gill his talking points, or Russia was providing its talking points to both of them. They both called Ukraine "The Ukraine," a term which refers back to the old Slavic word for borderland, which Russia uses to deny Ukraine's nationhood. They both used the expression "poking the Russian bear." They both parroted the Russian lie that there had been a coup in Kyiv in 2014. They both parroted Russian lies about NATO and EU expansion. They both repeated the Russian claim that the real threat was Muslim extremism, a claim that Putin had very effectively used to distract Western leaders from Russian aggression and its hybrid war against the West. Reform UK initially claimed Farage barely knew Gill. That turned out to be a filthy lie. Let's follow the Hungarian example and get off our sofas into the polling booths to give Farage and his media backers a kick in the brexits that they will never forget. And just in passing, here is Farage with the Russian Ambassador in 2013 – the same Ambassador Farage denied having met, and who later boasted of having "crushed the British to the ground". Finally, a screenshot of Farage and Galloway looking very much at home on Russian TV.

There you go again, attempting to sow doubts about our policing and judiciary. There is no cause to imply or impugn anything at this stage. But you never lose an opportunity do you?

It is absolutely critical — given the climate the mainstream media have whipped up in this country in recent months — that we are told EVERYTHING about the Ann Widdecombe murder suspect, the case, the context, all of it.

People are saying this proves why Farage deserves every penny of the £5 million for his protection. Except it might not have been politically motivated and could have been a burglary and if he gets £5 million for protection every MP in the Commons should then?

Ann Widdecombe has died at the age of 78. I don't know about her early career but from 2016 onwards she became one of the most recognisable advocates of Brexit and a style of politics that I believe deepened divisions in the UK. Two examples that stood out to me: 1️⃣ Comparing the UK's relationship with the EU to that of a slave and its owner. 2️⃣ Celebrating the end of free movement between the UK and the rest of Europe. I've never understood the desire to put barriers between people on our own continent. The freedom to live, work, study, trade and retire across Europe enriched countless lives and strengthened ties between communities. It's often said that we shouldn't speak ill of the dead, and I agree with that sentiment. However, respecting someone's passing doesn't require pretending we agreed with their politics. I believed many of the causes Ann Widdecombe championed left the UK more divided and, in my view, worse off. I hope she has now found the peace that seemed so elusive in public life. Death comes to us all, and whatever our disagreements in life, I hope she rests in peace. For context, Nathan Gill can be seen sitting behind her in the clip. The former UKIP MEP and close political ally of Nigel Farage was later imprisoned after admitting accepting bribes to make pro-Russian statements in the European Parliament. His conviction was for bribery, not for expressing anti-EU views. It is worth noting that, among the MEPs seen here, he is the only one who was later found to have taken money to promote such messages.
