So let’s just recap, because this is almost too surreal to believe. A sitting Liberal Member of Parliament—Paul Chiang—stood in front of a Chinese-language media outlet in January 2025 and said that if someone were to kidnap Joe Tay, a Conservative candidate and Canadian citizen, and deliver him to the Chinese Consulate in Toronto, they could "claim the one-million-dollar bounty." That wasn’t some fringe YouTuber or anonymous social media post. That was a sitting MP, elected to represent Markham—Unionville, who also happens to serve as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Diversity and Inclusion. Let me be crystal clear here: that’s not just inappropriate. That’s not just “deplorable.” That’s language lifted directly from the Chinese Communist Party’s playbook. Joe Tay is on a real bounty list. Not fantasy. Not fiction. A real HK$1 million bounty placed on his head by the Hong Kong police for supporting democracy and speaking out against tyranny. And what happens when a Canadian MP echoes that threat—on Canadian soil? Nothing. As of right now—this minute—Paul Chiang is still an MP in good standing in with the Liberals. Not suspended. Not removed from caucus. No RCMP probe. No parliamentary discipline. Nothing. And the Carney campaign? The Liberal Party’s new face? Crickets. Absolute silence. Carbon Tax Carney, Trudeau’s old money-man turned globalist messiah, who’s spent the last month talking about “foreign interference” and demanding Pierre Poilievre get a security clearance? Not a word. Apparently, if a Conservative doesn’t submit to Ottawa’s surveillance state, it’s a national crisis. But if a Liberal MP plays mouthpiece for Beijing and jokes about abducting a political opponent? It’s just... Tuesday. Imagine for a second that a Conservative MP had said anything remotely close to this—maybe even joked about placing a bounty on a Liberal politician funded by a foreign regime. Every major newsroom in the country would have declared martial law. CBC would be live for 72 hours straight. The RCMP would have launched a task force. But because it’s a Liberal, they issue a press release. A shrug. A “deplorable” comment, followed by a half-hearted apology and—get this—no consequences. Now, contrast that with how they treated Ruby Dhalla. A former MP who dared to challenge the coronation of Carney. The party booted her from the leadership race, citing “financial irregularities.” That’s rich. They kicked her out—then kept the entrance fee. So her money’s good, just not her name on the ballot. That’s the Liberal Party of Canada in 2025. A party so thoroughly compromised, so ideologically bankrupt, that they treat foreign bounties on Canadian citizens as a punchline—as long as the target is a Conservative. As long as the regime writing the check has the “right politics.” And here’s the silver lining—because yes, even in this mess, there is one: we're lucky this is all happening weeks out from the election. Because now, finally, Canadians get a front-row seat to the Liberal swamp in all its grotesque glory. Paul Chiang joking about handing over a Canadian citizen to a foreign dictatorship? That’s not some isolated gaffe—it’s the mask slipping. And the silence from Mark “Bank of China” Carney? That’s the sound of a globalist technocrat who’s just as deep in the muck as the rest of them. This is the Liberals unfiltered. Not the polished press conference CBC version—the real one. The one that looks the other way on foreign interference, cashes the CCP’s checks, and protects their own no matter how depraved the behavior. So yes, it’s revolting. But it’s also revealing. And thankfully, it’s happening before Canadians head to the polls—because now there’s no excuse, no spin, no pretending. The Liberal Party isn’t just corrupt. It’s compromised. And the country can’t afford another minute of it. Time to clean house. Time to drain the swamp—Chiang, Carney, and the whole rotten cartel.

When your heating bill goes up. So do Big Oil's profits. They get away with it for 2 reasons: Justin Trudeau & Pierre Poilievre. The NDP will introduce a motion to take GST off of home heating for every Cdn and make Big Oil pay for it. Justin & Pierre who will you stand with?

@WallStreetSilv This isn't much different from other generations at the moment. In my experience, she's one of the minority of Gen Z'ers. The majority I come across are whiny, spoiled little brats that have Mommy and Daddy buy them anything they want, so they don't have to work.

While Canadians struggle with the cost of living - Big Oil and Gas is making record profits. Justin Trudeau won't stand up to them. Pierre Poilievre works for them. We need a windfall tax on these record profits to invest in workers who need help now.

NOAA’s new winter outlook showing a mild winter across the northern US and you would assume southern Canada. Also drier than normal which would indicate less than normal snowfall. Nothing set in stone but this is what you would expect in a stronger El Niño episode.

Well, well, well, here we are again, folks. Canada is feeling the economic crunch, and it's not looking too good for the average Canadian. The latest numbers reveal an unemployment rate of 5.5% for July 2023. A minor uptick, you say? Well, let's dive deeper, shall we? So here's the lowdown: The Bank of Canada (BoC) cranked up the interest rates to a whopping 5% on July 12, 2023, all thanks to record-breaking inflation. Sounds like good economics, right? Well, hold your horses, because this sudden move is starting to squeeze the life out of businesses and, more importantly, out of hard-working Canadians. These hefty interest rates increase the cost of borrowing. Businesses are finding it hard to expand and hire new people. Remember, when businesses can't grow, they can't create jobs. At the same time, Canadians, laden with these unjustifiably high-interest payments, are forced to tighten their belts. The domino effect? Businesses start feeling the burn with lower revenues, and layoffs become inevitable. It's like a never-ending cycle of despair. Now, the real kicker here is the housing market. Despite economic turbulence, house prices in Canada are soaring through the roof, and the BoC seems to love it. They say that this unexpected strength in the housing market will continue to keep inflation high - up by 0.3 percentage points by the end of 2023. But let's not sugarcoat this; it's a double-edged sword. Sure, homeowners might feel a little richer seeing the value of their homes increase, but don't be fooled. These skyrocketing house prices are only pushing inflation through the roof, making interest rates even higher and turning the lives of borrowers into a living nightmare. This situation clearly illustrates a disheartening reality: the federal government is failing the Canadian people. While they're engaged in self-congratulatory back-patting over what they believe is taming the ferocious beast of inflation, they are, in reality, just tightening the vise on everyday, hard-working Canadians. Our Finance Minister, Chrystia Freeland, may boast on Twitter about how “Canada’s plan to bring down inflation is working,” as she did on July 19, 2023. Yet, all the while, interest rates are scraping the sky, and many Canadians are finding themselves without a roof over their heads. This is the victory she's celebrating? Amidst this ostensible celebration, the disheartening report that Canada unexpectedly lost 6,400 jobs in July 2023 appears to have been conveniently overlooked. These aren't abstract figures we're talking about; these are 6,400 hard-working Canadians who've been left without a paddle in the tumultuous sea of this economy. The vice-like grip of high-interest rates is evidently not a part of the government's triumphant narrative. And let's not forget about the middle-class Canadians who are still managing to keep their homes but are barely scraping by, living paycheck to paycheck, buried under the crushing weight of high-interest payments. So here's the bottom line: inflation may be down on paper, but in real life, the cost is painfully high. People are losing jobs, homes are increasingly unaffordable, and the livelihoods of hard-working Canadians are at stake. The government's supposed victory seems detached from the struggles and lived realities of its people. The current state of affairs necessitates more than just a game plan on paper. It demands a government that takes concrete actions to safeguard its citizens from these crippling economic pressures, not one that idly watches from the bleachers while Canadians grapple with their financial realities. It's time the government realizes that taming inflation isn't a victory if it translates into job losses and financial strain for its people. It's not about bringing down numbers on a chart; it's about improving lives. The real challenge is making the economy work for all Canadians, not just those at the top. It's clear the government needs to reassess its priorities and do a better job of protecting its people from these economic onslaughts. The Canadian labor force deserves more than hollow Twitter victories; it deserves a government that is genuinely committed to its wellbeing. #cdnpoli
