@LetsTalk_FPL What about WC33, FH34, BB35? Has looked obvious to me for a few weeks

I know the general advice is to wait for the FA Cup results before hitting the Wildcard, but it seems inevitable for me in GW32, especially with a Bench Boost to play. Likely DGW teams: Arsenal, Newcastle, Chelsea, Brighton. Then 2 of City, Burnley or Liverpool, Palace. In GW32 I will have 2 Arsenal, 1 Newcastle, 0 Chelsea, 0 Brighton, 0 City, 1 Burnley, 2 Liverpool, 1 Palace. FH33 is an option instead of course, but Bench Boost in 33 and FH34 might be better for me.

Who do we actually think gets Player of the Year in the Premier League? You would think if Arsenal win it then it would be one of their players but no one has really been POTY worthy 🤔

@HarryTrimble Really tough call, Harry. I think it's a risky move going Kane for sure, but no idea what Kompany will make. Just can't imagine him playing more than 60mins. If you think that with limited minutes he can make 4/5pts, then go for it.

Midway through #UCLFantasy R16 – 2nd Leg This is probably one of those matchdays where many of us are dealing with serious benching headaches heading into Wednesday. We’ve already seen: - Arsenal clean sheets (many on double/triple defense) - PSG clean sheet (Hakimi owners, and some double ups, also rewarded) And on top of that, several highly owned players delivering big points: - Haaland scoring. - Luis Suárez with 9 points. - Rice goal + MVP. - Vinícius exploding late for 15 points. - Kvara returning 11… Overall, a very high-scoring day driven by usual suspects. Which naturally leads to the classic problem: Who do you bench? Who do you trust? A good problem to have, no doubt. In my case, I’ll most likely leave Hancko and Tah on the bench. As many know, defenders tend to score less than offensive assets, so planning to attack today’s fixtures as I have nothing to lose rank-wise. The main decision is whether to bring in Raphinha for Gordon or for Vitinha’s 3 points, currently leaning towards removing Vitinha. I may also consider bringing in Tah for Saka’s 4 points, but that’s something I’ll decide closer to the deadline. Captaincy-wise, I’ll be sticking with Luis Suárez. How is everyone looking? Happy with your Tuesday returns? Any tough benching calls today?

@PlanetFPLPod What do you think about WC33 FH34 BB35? Leeds have Burnley at home in GW35 and good fixtures until the end of the season, so could be a good BB should Darlow keep his place?

I think I see 3 major chip strategies for those of us with both WC & FH left… WC32, BB33, FH34 FH33, WC35, BB36/Other BB33 FH34, WC35 No WC? FH33/34 depending on which your team is better set for once it’s confirmed. No FH? Wildcard 34 to dead end into a team of 33 doublers.

The record at St James' is more one of those gut feel things about the fixture that goes against the logic of the current situation. It might be better to ignore that kind of instinct for FPL decisions 🙂

@CharlieVantFPL I was just looking at him this evening after Ekitike got benched. Great fixtures until the up to and including the blank. Could be on penalties too with Kluivert and Tavernier injured

Interested in Evanilson… Three goals in his last four games with good fixtures and minutes all the way up until GW32. Hasn’t looked great, but went on a pretty good run in a similar part of the season last year and Bournemouth are still creating chances. He has 2.27 xGI over the past 4 fixtures against Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool and Brighton. Ekitike 👉🏼 Evanilson ⏳
