SEC打击binance和coinbase背后的更深层次的原因是：阶级问题。 社会的本质：就是人吃人。所谓“双赢”，实际上就是说：A 和 B 联合，共同吃掉 C，然后 A 和 B 一致对外宣布“我们实现阶级和被统治阶级。决定谁成为统治阶级没有那么复杂，比的不是谁更聪 明、也不是为了双赢 。 社会的真相：就是动物世界，遵循丛林法则。从大的方面来说社会只存在 2 种力量：统治谁更有创造性....根本实力的对决就比的是“谁比谁更能伤害谁”，拥有最大伤害能力的人一定会拥有最终统治权，来决定利益分配。 现在币安和coinbase最大的问题是有钱但是没有社会地位，没有阶级。也不属于“权力一级代理商”，那么问题来了，拥有最大伤害能力的政府，遇上这样的鲜美多汁的蛋糕，换做是你，会怎么做？ 因此，SEC对Binance和Coinbase的打击，可以被看作是对新兴金融体系的打压，以保护现有的金融体系和那些拥有最大伤害能力的人的利益，再就是说，想尝试着分走一杯羹。
