We can take action now to protect ourselves from the unfortunate fate of many: - Invest in a high quality water filter - Avoid plastic like the plague - Ditch the alcohol - Absolutely no vaping - Connect with your local farmer - Start a garden - Build muscle - Go on walks in the morning sun - Eat breakfast!! - Bowel movements 1-2x daily - Avoid unnecessary pharmaceuticals - Support healthy gut bacteria - Cook at home - Invest in a good air filter - Hit daily nutrition requirements - Indulge in seasonal fruits - Antioxidants - Raw carrot salads - Invest in high quality supplements - Lose any excess fat sustainably - Become more stress resilient - Cut ties with toxic people - Fill your life with joy and purpose
