@sheepGeekCP Your comparison doesnt make sense - with a panel reader and an autodrafter you can weigh, record and automatically draft around 700 an hour by yourself with a couple of dogs - whats hard about that???

Not a fair comparison. Lets take yield mapping. When I yield map using EID’s and my sheep I have to individually fleece weigh every animal, extra time & labour. Yield mapping in my cropping program is done automatically by my header, the data is a by product of management. 1/2

@Harry__Kemp Can’t be rushed No dogs Try and match them all before tagging. Use every pen, even wool shed. Fed lambs on a sunny day just sleep🙄 (You may have to move them about a bit) Over time you’ll know what’s a good match

Mothering up time. Bring the ewes & lambs into the yards, match the lambs to their mum's, check, weigh & tag them. Then back to a new paddock.
