@flyfwa @AmericanAir was the airline, We learned they were waiting for the Dallas flight to arrive. Instead of delivering our luggage, they made an entire flight with small children wait almost an hour for bags….after midnight. Classic @AmericanAir customer service. Thank you @flyfwa.
