Would like to nominate @flyfwa for having the worst ground crew ever. Sitting for the past hour to get de-iced. Took 45 min to ALMOST complete the job. They ran out of de-icing fluid. Not isolated incident Thanks to @AmericanAir beverages and snacks while we still sit here.

@flyfwa Can someone please explain what was deposited on my vehicle while being parked in the long term lot from 11-13 to 11-18? It too 2 Mikes Carwash trips and a hand wash with a brush to get the dusty grim off my 3 month old car! I was parked 4 spots from the C4 marker.
