@KitrinaBryant @HartmannLuggage I also sent an email to CS and received no reply. My luggage is in Paris and is probably still under warranty but in any event needs repair. This isn’t satisfactory for such an expensive piece and a prestige company.

@HartmannLuggage returning an item purchased online is near to impossible: The website does not "recognize" my order, you do not publish your telephone # on the website. My CS emails have not been returned. I am now on an interminable hold.
