@KitrinaBryant @HartmannLuggage I also sent an email to CS and received no reply. My luggage is in Paris and is probably still under warranty but in any event needs repair. This isn’t satisfactory for such an expensive piece and a prestige company.

@HartmannLuggage returning an item purchased online is near to impossible: The website does not "recognize" my order, you do not publish your telephone # on the website. My CS emails have not been returned. I am now on an interminable hold.

@HartmannLuggage Dear Hartmann I have a new 7R Global small carry on (February purchase) and one the leather connections at the back of the bag has snapped. Cannot find any way of getting it repaired asap as I am on travels. Please help!

@HartmannLuggage false marketing. Bought a bag marketed as domestic. Carryon. Except exceeds the size for Alaska, delta, AA, JetBlue and UA. Only airline it fits is southwest and frontier. #falsadvertising

@HartmannLuggage three trips using the Century line and they look like they are 15 years old, broken zipper, worn out edges on 15 month old suitcases, overpriced low and quality. Expected much more from Hartmann
