@Rockport @antoniodivine Similar experience. Boots bought 2yrs back, but worn intermittently for wet sports fixtures. Soles starting to flop off and I was told to go to a cobbler! Not what I’d expected from this brand. First pair I had for nearly 20years! Avoid this brand moving forwards.

@greateranglia I have just bought return tickets from SNF to CHM. There are no trains due to fatality, so we will have to make alternative arrangements to get there. Can I get a refund for the tickets? Ticket office said to do via the app, but I don’t get full amount?
