شاپور ځدران، یکی از ستاره های درخشان تیم ملی کریکت افغانستان، از مدتی بدینسو به دلیل بیماری جدی در کشور هندوستان تحت تداوی‌قرار دارد. من از چند ماه بدینسو آرزو داشتم به عیادت وی بروم، ولی با توجه به وضعیت جاری در شرق میانه و محدودیت سفر، دیروز بالاخره توفیق سفر به شهر دهلی دست داد و من به دیدار شاپور ځدران‌ رفته و ضمن عیادت از او با اعضای خانواده اش دیدار نمودم. همچنان، من از چگونگی معالجه و رسیدگی به وضعیت صحی شاپور جویای احوال شده و حمایت مالی لازم را به منظور پرداخت مصارف تداوی او به خانواده اش انجام دادم که این حمایت الی صحت یابی او ادامه خواهد یافت. شاپور ځدران کسی است که با درخشش خود در میدان کریکت در سطح دنیا، به میلیون ها هموطن خود خوشی و حس سربلندی بخشیده است. من به دربار خداوند متعال برای شفای کامل او دعا می‌ کنم.

Deeply saddened by the loss of three young Afghan cricketers, Kabeer Agha, Sibghatullah, and Haroon, whose dreams were cut short by a senseless act of violence. The loss of such promising talent is a tragedy not just for Afghanistan but for the entire cricketing world. We stand in solidarity with the Afghanistan Cricket Board and all those mourning this heartbreaking loss.

Heartfelt condolences to the families of the young #Afghanistan cricketers who lost their lives in the recent attack. Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time. May their memories inspire peace & unity 🙏🏻
