@fuji_lavender Hiatus is a good word. Well, further progress is possible if: - Someone will implement this: github.com/haskell/haddoc… - Author will do some long-term project that uses Haskell. Now he uses Scala, mostly due to seamless Java interop and missing specific libs for Haskell.

Has the @HaskellSpot project been completely abandoned or is it on hiatus? It seemed great as a new frontend to Hackage that'd replace the current one, but ever since the rename, I'm not sure of the direction it's trying to head...

Kudos to @HaskellSpot & VS Code extension is awesome. You can search Hoogle & Stackage on web from IDE. I wonder if there is a VIM plugin too . Another reason to love #Haskell .

GHC 9.2.2 is now available! There are many great fixes in this release; users of GHC 9.2.1 are encouraged to upgrade quickly not only for these fixes but also some great compiler performance improvements. discourse.haskell.org/t/announce-ghc…

@marunarh I don’t. I’m asking for the opinions. Some feedback is really useful.

@HaskellSpot It’s opensource. Don’t ask for permission. Do whatever you want if it feels good enough for you.

My wife said that these illustrations are too much for the Haskell community. 🤣 Are they? See my first tweet reply for the picture.

@o1lo01ol1o @haskellfound I'll definitely run the funding company relatively soon, after finishing the MVP of the project. It's out of initial boundaries, but I have the time and ability to plant seeds to involve it in a way I want to see it.

@HaskellSpot @haskellfound I’d expect they’d need to be paid, so the project would need community buy in to get funding (or a kick starter)

@HaskellSpot I general, this is a nice opportunity to make some slick UX, do you know any designers you could work with? The illustrations are a bit generic (they’re stock, yes?). Maybe @haskellfound could work with you to get some funding for collaboration?

@HaskellSpot Right direction, I think the overall design makes the illustrations more infantile than need be: each is contained by a card, each card clearly sits on the ground, the ground clearly recedes from the menu. Why are there cards here? Why not a single white ground
