@British_Airways @Hasteskitchen Same for me - my flight was grounded in South Africa because BA's local partner was suspended for safety issues, couldn't get a flight back for 2 days and got stuck. Waited since 26th March and no response. Awful customer service. EU regs suggest BA needs to respond within 4 wks!
