@belatucadros @Zona_Rips yea im fine with weird ultra specific or skill based stuff but grindy ones kill me a little inside, odd choice with them limiting the ones from the story also as i think everybody loves seeing it pop up when you do something correct or whatever, tempted to get it next week tbh

@HatedDesign @Zona_Rips Not hard just not story driven, only 4-5 come from the story iirc And the descriptions are semi-useless so you probably need to look it up etc, and grindy to complete

Just would like everyone to know I finally finished the Crimson Desert storyline. A few side bosses, some map cleanup, and a handful of nearly-finished achievements left, but I think that's where I'm calling it. Some of these cheevos are just too tedious to bother with. 😅

@SirCJillius confession, my console died back in the day and not wanting to miss launch day i bought advanced warfare (i think?) while having no console, went to midnight launch and bought it and kept it in my room for a few days and then got a new xbox, good times lmao

I hear people say "I'm not buying a console for one game!" It happens more than you think. I remember getting a Sega Saturn for Virtua Fighter, N64 for Super Mario 64, Dreamcast for Soul Calibur, PS2 for GTA 3, Xbox for Halo, etc. I go where the games are. 🤷🏾‍♂️

@Zona_Rips 400 hours with 11/34 is diabolical work. They really gotta shift some of that shit. I'm at like 3/34 at 50 hours lmao Saw someone say you can do it in 200

@TethisX @asha_shar tbf my dumbass forgot it was an exclusive, feels alot less pivotal to the xbox brand unlike halo and gears so if anything its those two id want exclusive and let the rest be multiplat, also bring back vivapinata and make it exclusive and sell a billion consoles, that too

@Chuckforevver @EricPersons22 they brought the price back down and started actually adding good games again, ie p5r, undisputed, forza etc, what do you play on your ps5 atm?

@EricPersons22 Use my PRO way more than my Series X especially when they basically doubled the price for Game Pass Ultimate to almost $50 Canadian so I cancelled it. My PRO is also the superior console.

My Series X gets used every single day and my PS5 is basically an Astrobot machine now. For me the ease of use, quality of life features and ecosystems are not even close.

@trentreed27 amen to that, dont have kids myself but keeping up with my family still has me in a similar boat, i recently said if i had 40h in a day it still wouldn't be enough and i stand by that lol

Xbox is reportedly exploring Buy Now, Pay Later for games. For consoles? I get it. For video games? That’s where you lose me. If someone needs financing for a $70 game, the solution isn’t monthly payments. The solution is waiting for a sale. Gaming is already dealing with: $70 games Battle passes Microtransactions Premium editions The last thing we need is debt attached to digital purchases. Am I overreacting or is this a terrible idea?

@trentreed27 thats how i got up to date on the AC franchise, bought origins odyssey valhalla all like 30-60% off, if the price is right ill gladly spend more money over time

@HatedDesign 100% everyone has a long backlog of games they want to play! Buy the occasional full price new game that you want and get most when they go on sale!

@diablomozart @mygamesir Yes, this seems to be their top of the line right now for Xbox and PC. They do have one for PC that is a bit better but only for PC.

I’m helping a disabled client verify his age with @PlayStation @Sony. He can't use their standard methods, and they have ignored requests for reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010. This breaks UK law. @Ofcom please look into this or I'll take legal action.
