Instead of trying to bring people to the trenches like you all keep talking about as a solution to fix things. (Won’t work) as they just get rinsed every time.
You need one wealth creation event by one coin going super high as shown at any given time during any onboarding event.
The people with a following are focusing on the wrong solution. Similar to trying to put a plaster on a gunshot wound.

You need to have 1 coin go really really high which is new and fresh as In billions. If you look back at every time there has been an onboarding event there was the leaders, shib etc back in 2021, pepe 2023, bonk and wif in solana era. Then liquidity will trickle from the top of your launch pad to the bottom of your launchpad. But it being down bundled shit where it goes to 10m in a 3 minute candle doesn’t work. It needs to be a wealth creation event through one coin. That’s the true way if you look at how every other onboarding event happened. When more liquidity was here it was easier for these moments through coins like pnut and fartcoin which followed bonk and wif but how things are now a pepe moment of some kind is probably the only way that on chain changes and whichever launched achieves this wealth creation event for the people and the normies who buy in and make a lot of money wins in the end from here

Do we have to make investments in onboarding/being able to get retail attention on coins.
Do we make programs that invest money into coins ( but this from our previous experience doesn't really work that well)

I’ve been a memecoin dev on Solana since 2021 before Pump.fun, before WIF, before Giga. I was also one of the first 30 users of Pump.fun. I’ve seen this space mold and evolve in a dozen different ways. Back in the day, the space was different. It was collaborative. Communities formed organically, and there was a real sense of mission and oneness. A true decentralized hive mind pushing culture forward. Now it’s morphed into a pure PvP arena. The shift didn’t happen because the tech changed. It happened because the leadership changed. We went from people like @MustStopMurad, who carried crypto ethos into memecoins, To serial deployers who are satisfied extracting $2,000 at a time and moving on to the next ticker. Our main problem is, no one steps up, but you'd see every person complain. And I’m not someone who calls out problems without being willing to do something about them. The whitewhale was a glimpse into what was. And its proof of what's possible.

Erm they do but you just don’t know about it. There’s a guy in Sweden who has one of the largest personal investigative collections many of which are not from inside the usa. The uk has many stories, as does places like Italy and across Europe. Also Go look up the one from Brazil from the 1990s.

The current attitude of the majority of participants of on chain is absolutely pathetic.
Yes farmers and serial devs amongst other things caused a huge impact towards this but the truth is the participants attitude cannibalised what the on chain trading ethos should be.
The problem starts at the top. Not the bottom. But the bottom has become that infected by these attitudes that any of the few who are trying to lead and change the ethos for the better get attacked endlessly lead by other ‘leaders’ who you have a following who are just pessimistic, negative and provide no value themselves.
Kind of think the ethos won’t change unless there is a full brutal bear market wash out which makes most of the people who are followed now irrelevant how it always does most cycles. Then after that time passes a new places with new narratives can be born and lead the way for a better environment on this app for everyone.
The cycle or CT relevancy will continue and all the people who are a detriment to the place overall will lose their voice and following and fresher people will rise and change things.
