22 hour FBD Bot session stats. Most active session in over a month. 7/8 trades hitting at least T1, added several intraday levels.
ES volatility and quality levels matter. I prefer having the bot secure profit early so winning trades don’t turn red, while still leaving room for bigger follow through.

Little to do now but ride runners. Per 4pm newsletter, our #ES_F long setup last eve was the Failed Breakdown of 6360 (down to 6353). We 6360 at 830pm, recovered, and ripped. Targets were 6447 (hit), 6467 (hit).
Next up are 6490, 6524. No supports of interest until 6415, 6385

Last night 830pm, #ES_F got a *textbook* Failed Breakdown given to newsletter readers 4pm. Setup was Failed Breakdown of 6360 to 6353. We hit 6353 exact, recovered 6360. Targets were 6447, 6467 (hit) Plan today: Ride a runner. 6467, 6490, 6524 next slate. 6415, 6385=supports

There's daily squeeze in #ES_F. As always: Take profits lvel to level. I posted watch traps of Tuesday's 6718 low. We trapped it by 1 point & ran. 6739 was 1st target (hit), 6758 2nd (hit), 6772 3rd (hit), 6778-82 (final hit)
Bears control until 6778-82 clears, then 6802, 6813+

There's no shortcut to screen time - even once I fully built my system it took 3 years to get consistent. One thing that sped it up was manual backtesting: Going back to random time on the chart, and "trading forward" bar-by-bar, recording each setup. This helps get the "reps" in

Good trading=good planning. My goal is to outsource most my decisions to my plan. Before the day starts I know where I want to engage, what setup, how to manage it. The day is just waiting on triggers and running the script. No professional in any field operates on impulse

Slow day for #ES_F as it digests the 210 point squeeze from Friday's 6690 Failed Breakdown. Also waiting on CPI tomorrow as a major catalyst. 6857 next support and we hit it and popped 15 points.

Its been a good micro-dip, but volatility still very low in #ES_F (no data). Levels respecting well. 6800 to 6750=the 3 day range as posted, with 6765 a key magnet. We hit 6800 this morning, sold to 6750, popped to 6765

Its been a good micro dip today as we fill out the 3 day range in #ES_F: Range given was 6800 to 6750, with 6765 a major magnet in the middle. We held 6800 this morning, dipped to 6750, spent an hour chopping there, then popped to 6765 Bulls need to recover 6765 to see 6774+
