$SPY I pass out when I go on rollercoasters, so when the chart tends to look like a rollercoaster I stay away. No trades for me today or yesterday, see if we get any trend rest of week.

@bengauv @bowryjabari It sounds like you are much more tech saavy than me - I have never "coded" it! Would make it much easier than manually looking

@HayleyTrading @bowryjabari not sure if you ever did that but that kind of steps I would like to code and see the result over 100 trades. never did it before.

@bengauv @bowryjabari For back testing you would just go in tradingview (focus on one stock at a time) and see what it does every single day. Does it have a gap n go? Does it have a 30m flag? Where would the entry be? Exit? SL? Hard to document that on X as its a lottt of screen time and a lot of data

@phan46129032601 To recover: - Paper trade with the amount you WOULD trade with right now ($500, $1,000, $2,000, etc). - What is your edge and strategy? Define it. What is the win rate? Stick with this SAME strategy over 20 trades. - Once you DOUBLE paper trading account you can use real money.
