We won’t increase homeownership by lowering edit standards. That just puts pet into house they cannot afford. Need to reduce local fees and regulations to reduce the cost to build.

@JenniferJJacobs Well it doesn’t really improve affordability. The pricing probably would not be good. And the extended equity build would have the effect of just renting but with all the expenses of homeownership. You get a tax break but unless you put down a lot of money youre upside down
