@JDSports Where is your empathy and consideration?! Tried to return a £165 jacket was 5 days over their 14 day returns policy. Explained I had COVID -19 and was isolating. No cash refund, but a gift card for a shop I tend not to shop in !

@SouthernRailUK due to the latest tier 4 guidelines I had to cancel my train journey to London, I was under the impression that admin fees would not apply for journeys that had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. Could you advise southern. Thanks

@AvantiWestCoast in relation to today’s government guidelines. I am due to catch a connecting service from Euston on Christmas Eve. I live in a tier 2 area but London is now Tier 4. Will my train be departing from Euston ?can I travel through a tier 4 area. I hope you can help
