@JioCare Meanwhile, I visited the Jio Kasaragod office, and they asked for the photo of the backside of the Jio box just to “verify” before scheduling a visit. How is this acceptable? It’s clear no one is taking ownership of the issue.

@JioCare On July 30, the local technician said he’s on leave. Told me to call someone else — again, no response. I called your helpline again on July 30, promised visit on Aug 1. That didn’t happen. Called again on 1st, promised visit on Aug 2. Still waiting.

@JioCare Hi @JioCare, Thank you, but this is the 9th day without internet. I’ve already raised a service request (SRxxxx) on July 25. I was told the technician would come on July 26. They didn’t. I postponed to 28th, coordinated with a local tech — no response.

@JioCare @JioCare its been five days without internet .i have shared you the details through message and sent an email as well no luck. Contacted the local person who did the wifi set up ,he said on leave and shared another number ,that is not even picking the call. #poorservice
