Just like that — fully transitioned to prototyping in code exclusively. Prototyping will be useless in less than 3 months. It will be equally quick to just build it. I knew it was coming but I didn't think it would happen as quickly as it has.

@MonishReddyK2 @ditherblue keep it concise, more of final output images, more demos, more software detailings, and less of process explanation. works for now. breadth helps than depth. sometimes, explaining the ai workflows to achieve the outputs are more interesting than explaining the product itself.

At this point is it still worth it to dive into OpenClaw? Or is all of this just going to move in-house to Claude?

@ryancarson @openclaw Have you tried Kimi 2.5 (easy via OpenRouter) - costs are really cheap and doesnt break agentic tasks (like other models, excpt claude ofc)

The cost to run a truly useful Chief of Staff @openclaw on Opus 4.6 is $100-200 per day on the API.
