Even if the justification for the fight’s hastiness falls on the idea that the trio became too synergized & well-oiled for Dar-Benn to handle, that just makes the threat of her as the villain even more unconvincing & wasteful, imo.

The entire film rushed on & struggled to breathe, but I at least thought this dope choreo would be that intense, dynamic opener hooking you in before it progresses into a climactic, well-fleshed-out clash for the narrative outcome, but this legit ends up being the ENTIRE fight 😩

Personally, I think this fight scene is really great in a vacuum or as an isolated clip, but when you contextualize it as the film’s final battle for what’s meant to be the usual decisive point in a final act, it ends up coming off rushed, low-staked, & hollow.
