@CjLovesGibbs @Chaosxsilencer This middle ground of “oh guys we’re boots on the groundddddd guys” it’s like sure but the sliding and omni movement and bunny hopping around makes for a frustrating gun fight. MW22 at least had quick ttk so it’s fine but I hatee long ttk and modern movement

@CjLovesGibbs @Chaosxsilencer It’s been years since we got a classic movement feel. And tbh I like when cods lean heavily into each side. Either put that advanced jet pack movement and let me zip around, or anchor me to the ground with a limited sprint too.

@turtsnopancake @futstatstracker @eriklarsen95 @InceptionXx I’ll add one last point to my opinion but I think if we don’t mess with the meta and gameplay, we deep down in our hearts don’t like the game. There’s a whole other conversation to be had about the menu content and ea’s scum behavior. We gotta stop playing this trash tbh

@turtsnopancake @futstatstracker @eriklarsen95 @InceptionXx I’ll be honest I just genuinely detest R2ers with rapid cut back finesse players, it’s so boring and tbh i’d rather get the ball popped around me while getting left sticked. I feel like defending against that leads to a more varied feeling.

Mind you i’d HOPE left stick dribbling would be effective, it’s the action your doing 90% of the time

Real question, why do new Fighting games even need to release? From my perception there seems to be like +15 good ones, cant all the players go there forever? This is what people do in every other PVP genre mostly, Counter strike has like 3 releases in 25 years

@LocalBtnMasher @withholdout To evolve in this case is to go through changes mechanically, if we didn’t we’d all be playing SF1, and that’d be a horrible world. And sure you can be like “okay evolve a little and stop” but where exactly? Too many games came out that innovated in a great way

@withholdout What does it even mean to evolve tho? Most serious fighting game players seem dismayed with the current direction, while FPS players are still extracting depth out of Quake and Counter strike. Maybe there is a lot more depth to be extracted out of the many many old FGs

I don't understand why Edward is fighting a fucking jaguar, hitting it with combos and deflecting hits. Like, a simple hidden blade kill animation would've been so more effective here.

The level of detail and immersion in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced is a noticeable step up even from Shadows and it's really evident in this cool little island I found to explore. Oh, I also fought a jaguar so that was awesome.
