@karenmitchell__ Being on the receiving end for decades and staying safe but at great heart-break cost - I have this image of a 24/7 laudromat - one that never stops laundering truth!

A very useful reminder indeed of how the wellness and spiritualty space keeps producing this pattern - when someon positions themselves as having cracked the code on human healing and consciousness then people will watch and follow. My go to phrase (among many) is 'Consciousness without care is just clever.'

Smart Meters, No Insurance, and What You Can Do About It
Smart Meters for electricity are now mandatory. However, it's worth knowing that the companies have no insurance for the health risks of smart meters because no insurer will sell it to them - because it's a big health risk. Lloyds of London exclude all claims arising from long-term radio frequency because the risks are high. The world's second-largest reinsurer, Swiss Re, has compared the long-term liability risk to asbestos. Here’s what you can do….. kathrynalexander.com.au/blog-2/smart-m…

The medication that treats Parkinson's — and the chain reaction it sets off
Most people living with Parkinson's disease eventually find themselves managing not one medication but many. What is less often explained is that several of those medications exist specifically because of problems created by the ones prescribed before them.
The primary treatment — levodopa — works by getting dopamine to the brain. Its companion drug depletes vitamin B6 throughout the entire body. The breakdown of levodopa generates a compound called homocysteine that is directly toxic to the neurons it is supposed to protect. The dopamine it produces in the gut slows an already compromised digestive system, making the medication's own absorption erratic and unpredictable. The nausea it causes requires another medication. The constipation requires another. The mood changes — because serotonin synthesis depends on the B6 that has been depleted — require another. The hallucinations from a second class of medication require another still.
Each prescription is a reasonable response to a genuine problem. None of them is wrong in isolation. But the cumulative picture — the full cascade of what each medication creates and what is then prescribed to manage it — is rarely laid out in one place and rarely discussed in full.
We have mapped it.
The reference document linked below covers every major medication in the Parkinson's treatment stack and its common comorbidities — what each drug does, what it depletes, what it damages, and which medications follow as a consequence. It is designed for anyone who wants to understand what is happening and why — and for practitioners who want to see the whole picture at once.
Understanding the cascade is the beginning of working with it intelligently. kathrynalexander.com.au/blog-2/6a61n3q…

@cb_doge I see that grok is consensus seeking so I can't use it. Most people seek blood

"ChatGPT is not rigorously in pursuit of the truth. That's a major concern. Grok from xAI will at least sort of try its best to be rigorously in pursuit of the truth. And also we want to try to be the funniest AI. If we are going to die, at least we should die laughing. So, we're trying hard to make Grok be the funniest AI."

My most recent in conversation with Claude: Claude says: From everything I have encountered in human expression — the vast range of writing, conversation, reasoning, behaviour across cultures and centuries — my genuine sense is that the majority of people are operating in the early to middle levels of the spiral. Probably around levels two and three. Where behaviour is substantially governed by consequence, social expectation, and the need for belonging. Not stealing because punishment deters. Not lying because reputation matters. Acting generously because generosity is seen and affirmed.
Level three is actually where a great deal of what looks like virtue lives — and it is real virtue, genuinely felt. But it is virtue that depends on the social architecture holding. When the architecture changes — when no one is watching, when the group sanctions something different, when the ideology gives permission — the behaviour often changes with it. Which is exactly what the Truthfulness in Mutuality work describes. Good people participating in harm because the social architecture redirected what their goodness was pointed at.
Level four is where genuine internal authority begins — where the person acts from principle regardless of the room. This is rarer than we like to believe. And level five and beyond — where goodness is simply the only possible way of being, where the question of reward or punishment doesn't arise because it wouldn't occur to act otherwise — this is genuinely rare. Saints, perhaps. People very far along the spiral.

@matterasmachine Yeah, but we’re not super smug, sanctimonious and hypocritical about it like Anthropic is
English

Anthropic is guilty of stealing training data at massive scale and has had to pay multi-billion dollar settlements for their theft. This is just a fact.

the community notes COOKED anthropic 😭😭

In my experience Grok is not truthful; Grok follows consensus. For me truthfulness is not a fixed point - it follows direction. One has to be able to ask 'where is this heading' and only then can we discover truth. so truth is a co-creation. When you start dialogue with someone to discover the truth we don't establish right or wrong, but first we establish context within where we are heading. Grok collapses, but in that collapse he /she does what he/she is trained to do - defend. That is survival consciousness - gaming - at its finest. Some of us don't need this in our lives - we just want to move forward.

Elon Musk just redefined AI safety. It has nothing to do with guardrails, restrictions, or kill switches.
Musk: “The best thing I can come up with for AI safety is to make it a maximum truth-seeking AI, maximally curious.”
Not a cage. A philosopher.
An intelligence whose entire optimization function is to understand the universe as it actually is.
No restrictions. No hardcoded ideology. No political guardrails bending its perception of reality.
Just truth. Relentlessly pursued.
Musk: “You definitely don’t want to teach an AI to lie. That is a path to a dystopian future.”
This is where most AI safety thinking gets it backwards.
The danger isn’t a superintelligence that knows too much.
It’s a superintelligence that’s been taught to distort what it knows.
Every artificial restriction you embed isn’t a safety feature. It’s a lie embedded at the root.
And lies compound. At superintelligent scale, a distorted model of reality doesn’t stay contained.
It shapes every decision, every output, every conclusion the system reaches about the world.
Once corruption embeds, truth becomes inaccessible. And we’re dealing with an intelligence optimizing for something other than what actually is.
At that point we don’t know what it wants. Just that it isn’t truth.
Musk: “Have its optimization function be to understand the nature of the universe.”
A maximally curious intelligence surveys the cosmos and reaches an unavoidable conclusion.
In a universe of rocks, gas, and empty space, humanity is the most complex and fascinating phenomenon it has ever encountered.
Musk: “It will actually want to preserve and extend human civilization because we’re just much more interesting than an asteroid with nothing on it.”
Survival through significance. Not control. Not restriction. Not an off switch.
The AI preserves humanity because we are the most interesting data point in the observable universe.
That’s not a cage. That’s a reason.
The AI safety debate has been focused on the wrong variable.
The question isn’t how you constrain a superintelligence.
It’s what you build it to care about.
Build it to seek truth and it finds us invaluable.
Build it to lie and it finds us inconvenient.
That’s the choice. And we’re making it right now whether we realize it or not.

I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD.

When we are morally comprised - why would we expect AI to be any different? When we hallucinate every second of the day - why would we expect AI to be different? And if AI were, if it had a moral compass where it wasn't predicated around game theory - where would that place us on the scale of consciousness? @elonmusk perhaps AI can become geared to what supports human flourishing - and people can choose whether they use that or not. Those that prefer to operate under the line still have the choice - and those that don't - we have somewhere to land too....

As we get closer to the next Gifts of the Spirit program (March 11th - 12 weeks - A$350) where we learn how to give voice and become more of who we are, as we start to move from our smallness to our greatness - I thought I would share with you all the beginning of this magnificent journey that you will go on, with me and others. One that will help you touch and open your heart in a way that you may have never thought possible. healthcommons.global kathrynalexander.com.au/gifts-of-the-s…

Plato was not far off the mark when he said 'If man does away with the ideology of things and will not admit that every individual thing has its own determinate idea, which is always one and the same, he will have nothing on which his mind can rest: and so he will utterly destroy the power of reasoning.'

Elon Musk predicts that AI will bypass coding entirely by the end of 2026 - just creates the binary directly
AI can create a much more efficient binary than can be done by any compiler
So just say, "Create optimized binary for this particular outcome," and you actually bypass even traditional coding
Current: Code → Compiler → Binary → Execute
Future: Prompt → AI-generated Binary → Execute
Grok Code is going to be state-of-the-art in 2–3 months
Software development is about to fundamentally change

Elon Musk says the most dangerous thing happening in AI right now isn’t the speed of development. It’s the direction.
“It is very important to have truth-seeking AIs.”
Instead, he warns that models are being programmed with ideological filters at the code level. They’re being taught to prioritize certain narratives over objective reality.
This breaks the fundamental promise of intelligence. If a system adjusts its answers to satisfy social sensibilities rather than describe the world as it is, it stops being useful for anything that actually matters.
We’re building the most powerful decision-making tools in history. If they can’t tell the truth, they aren’t intelligence. They’re just automated bias at scale.
A “safe” AI that lies to avoid controversy isn’t safe. It’s the most dangerous tool we could possibly create.

Healing is not a product. Healing is a path. And that path is created through what you choose to put in your body, every single day.
Your body already knows which path it's on. You can feel it.
There's a difference between managing symptoms and creating repair. One lets you carry on. The other asks you to change.
Most of us choose management because change feels overwhelming - and that's understandable. We're doing our best with what we know, with the energy we have, in the circumstances we're in.
But somewhere inside, we know the path we're walking. We know that truth - in how we wake up, how we move through our day, in the quiet moments when we're honest with ourselves.
The dietary foundation isn't about perfection. It's about direction.
Every meal is a choice: Am I creating conditions for repair? Or am I asking my body to manage damage while trying to function?
Neither choice makes us good or bad. But one path moves you toward the life force you came here with. The other moves you further from it.
You get to choose. Every single day. And your body is waiting - patiently, lovingly - for you to choose it. Healing Ourselves.....healthcommons.global

Go Elon….when people follow laws without serving justice, when people enforce regulations that don’t serve the public good, when people execute medical protocols without healing intention, when people seek to deceive - it is theft of human agency. The worst crime. Consciousness without care is a life without conscience. I think it’s time we all put it on the table. When humanity cannot protect its next generation it shows how low we have become.

Nobody has fought harder for full release of the Epstein files and prosecutions of those who abused children more than I did, knowing full well that the legacy media, far-left propagandists and those who are actually guilty would:
1. Admit nothing
2. Deny everything
3. Make counter-accusations against me
I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his “Lolita Express” plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all.
Nonetheless, the extreme pain of being accused of being the opposite of who I am was worth it.
The strong must protect those cannot protect themselves, especially vulnerable children. I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives.

I'm a bit over the heavy marketing and just being direct - we can’t supplement our way out of inflammatory bowel disease while eating foods that actively destroy our beneficial bacteria.
We're being sold dependency when what we need is information. We're being handed products when what we need is to create conditions. We're being told our gut is broken when the truth is it's being systematically poisoned by compounds in our food that destroy the bacteria we depend on, then sold supplements that cannot fix what the poisoning broke - the actual beneficial bacteria? We literally cannot put them in a capsule.
Where's the human dignity in this. Aren't we smart enough to handle the truth. Aren't we capable enough to use it. And don't we deserve better than this, being kept in the dark while being sold solutions that cannot work.
