This week @ItsGroundswell ran the first National #HealthNOW Peer Conference, to celebrate our amazing Peers. It was inspiring to hear about the progression Peers had made and all the achievements from around the country!

0ver the past 6 months our dedicated Peer Advocates have facilitated 423 appointments, supported 35 new clients and carried out 23 in reach sessions!

Our Peer Advocates continue to work hard this week! Registering people to doctors, opticians and dentists; accompanying a client to urgent dental appointment after months of severe pain, and always listening to our clients' needs and wishes!
