Had a pretty rough day at work, and then my very first CI activation came back for a one month follow-up and scored over 90% on AzBio sentences and I almost cried. Sometimes I can't believe I'm lucky enough to do this job.

Agreed, not fun at all. The day we cease to exist because ALL insurance companies woke up and realized hearing aids and other hearing assistive devices are an absolute NECESSITY, we will be extremely happy! Until then, we’ll continue to do our best to give the gift of hearing ✨
