Yesterday I had an operation @UHD_NHS and overnight stay. I cannot express my gratitude. The level of care I received from everyone has been truly exceptional. Utterly blown away and humbled by my colleagues and the standard of care I've watched all patients receive 💙
@GeorginaFloyd_ Firstly you have to remember that you are doing a fantastic job as a mother Daisy looks an amazing girl and that is soley down to you. I worked ft all through my children school years, and it is tough, coupled with long hours if working in an acute trust. Flexible working? X

What a plantastic end to a fairly mediocre day. Oxalis Triangularis (false shamrock) sprouting to the surface 9 days after planting. #indoorgarden#happyplantshappybarry
Exhausted. Week spent rescuing people crushed with workload, protect our patients, teams, capacity and reputation and deliver on targets. I am saved by our amazing team, and good people who know we do our best, but alas, not enough for some. #peoplenotnumbers
Start of my second week in my new role as Strategy an Assurance Lead at Dorset CCG and loving every minute. Excited for my new challenges and meeting lots of new people #dorsetccg
Friday, last day in Cancer Care. For three years it's been the most amazing, challenging & rewarding role. Taken some grit & sweat to get through at times, but there's been plenty of tears & laughter too. I have worked with some truly awesome people. See you in 18 months team ❤️
Yesterday was my last day at UHD, after 5 years it is time to move on to new adventures. The last 2 years have been challenging, exhausting and an experience I will never forget. Time now to relax, sleep and catch up with some family and friends before I start my new job x
At this special time we get a chance to reflect on how lucky we are despite all our moans !For me I have been lucky to have found another work family who care so deeply for our patients. 2022 will be a good year for Cancer Care with the team @UHD_NHS@sianceri76@millermarie16
Could 2 followers please copy and re-post this tweet? I'm trying to demonstrate that someone is always there, especially at this time of year. Call 0800 689 5652 (National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK). Just two. Any two. Copy, not retweet. Let’s all look out for each other.
Whilst battling a mis (self) diagnosed illness and being advised to stay away from the general public (🤷♂️) I did a grown up and topped up my brake fluid. Himself nearly had a coronary when he saw me trotting off towards the car with tools 🧰😆 #nevertoooldtolearn
