My business card with Chase Ink that I've had nearly 20 years will be cancelled soon. I shouldn't be passed through to 5 people on a call, before being asked to wait 8 mins for another specialist, each asking to verify my account. This isn't service. @Chase

I’ve been reflecting on this over the past day or so, and I’ve come to a realization. Many of my friends on the center-right who are upset with me for making what I believe to be very obvious observations aren’t necessarily angry at me—they’re angry at the implications of what I’m saying. The idea that neo-Nazism has entered the mainstream, potentially influencing the White House, is so alarming and existentially terrifying that it's easier to lash out at the messenger than confront the reality. If they accept this, it means that the political home they've invested so much of their identity in, the movement they've championed for years, has become something so morally repugnant that accepting it feels like breaking their own brain. The cognitive dissonance is overwhelming. What's striking to me is the selective outrage. Many of these same people are quick to call everyone communists, often with little more than circumstantial evidence. Yet, when it comes to countless instances of glaringly obvious signs of fascism in their own movement, they either look away or attack those pointing it out.

How is it that @lyft app tells me 4 mins and it ends up being 20 mins wait??

Hi @usertesting Has something changed w the platform? I feel like I've had several issues (not just blurry recording) w this non moderated test, that I haven't had in the past, most recently late October. HELP! What's going on??? Will I receive a credit for this entire test? :(

Hi @usertesting, major problem w session replays w unmoderated tests. I did n=25, so far 6 have sessions are blurred for more than half the session (so I cannot see what user is doing). I emailed reps this morning, no reply. I reported 3 users, thinking it was a bug, but it's not

@CharlesPattson Interesting. I feel like strategic UX designers are going to take the lead instead. They know how to make an impact to the P&L which is what companies want. And they can use AI to make polished designs without needing a visual designer.

I feel a gigantic shift in visual design is about to happen with the commodification of design. Brand designers and visual designers are going to dominate this new market.

The problem with infinite scroll: you can never get to the footer. Hey, Brand X, I'd love to know which size of this dress to order, but I'll never know, because I can't get to the sizing guide. Pagination isn't so horrible, maybe?
