Not sure if this is a “lie”, or if “escalation” just doesn’t mean anything. This has been escalated twice by @Afrihost , and allegedly also by @vumatel but no response from Vumatel to my Afrihost account … and we’re all just waiting around for Vumatel to reply🙃

@vumatel Allegedly. Someone said that to my Google review 2 days ago.. and yet, no response to Afrihost on my query, no line activation either. And no timeline of when the line will be activated @vumatel

I don’t need an installation, I don’t need a technician to come to my house… the tenant before me was connected to the line fine. All @vumatel need to do… Is turn my line on, but somehow this takes days and days to even get a response
