@RocketOTD WTF is up with not being able to log into to accounts. Holding on the phone for hours. Chatting & getting disconnected. Reset my password still can’t log in. Getting emails about statements. I’m paperless & CANNOT LOG IN. Emailed support a week ago. 🦗! Fix it!!! 🤬

@The_Bartian @RocketOTD Locked out of my account. Can’t get a rep on the phone, chat or response to an email sent to support a week + ago. Reset my password,nothing. Keep getting emails to review my “available statement” .. I’d love to. Let me in! Never had these issues w/MrCooper b4 or Flagstar! 👎

@RocketOTD - Is by far the absolute worst mortgage servicing company there is. Their AI is horrible. They have no human agents to solve problems. No email. No way to speak with anyone. Awful.
