@RocketOTD Long time multi-mortgage customer here. Your new phone system has taken customer service to new lows, and incompetence to new highs. An error in my account has two departments blaming each other, multiple hang ups, and hours lost. Who can I call that can help?

@RocketOTD - Is by far the absolute worst mortgage servicing company there is. Their AI is horrible. They have no human agents to solve problems. No email. No way to speak with anyone. Awful.

@RocketOTD WTF is up with not being able to log into to accounts. Holding on the phone for hours. Chatting & getting disconnected. Reset my password still can’t log in. Getting emails about statements. I’m paperless & CANNOT LOG IN. Emailed support a week ago. 🦗! Fix it!!! 🤬

@RocketOTD Please help me! You've taken $30,000 into escrow, about 3x what's needed, then taken money from escrow to pay my taxes, but the money never made it to the tax authority! So far I've spent over 5 hours on the phone with customer service and I am at my whits end.

@RocketOTD Hey Guys - I love how I’m INUNDATED with help when my loan is in process through closing, but when I am locked out of my online account because the 2-step verification is pointing to an old mobile number, nobody can figure it out after I’m on hold for 40 MINUTES. 🤷🏻🤷🏻

@catchynameguy @RocketOTD It's been awful since the switch! I can’t get any help, and they are about to raise my mortgage by over $1,000 because the escrow analysis was incorrect! But the website is terrible and the service is worse.

@RocketOTD can a manager or supervisor contact me? Sent in updated tax documents .I was on hold for 30 minutes, got transferred for update. Rep has no idea about process to reeval escrow. When asked why I haven’t received reply to my communication was told “ we don’t respond”????
