@DUPERCASPERDX @DevilArtemisX According to Death Battle, Ki & Chaos Energy are both Life Energy which is why Metal can copy the Kamehameha (Bio-data wouldn’t be enough since robots can’t produce Ki) And Cell perfectly (see what I did there ? 😉) masters Ki so he can most likely use the Chaos Emeralds easily
