The best and easiest thing the average person can do is speak up to friends and family. Don’t be pushy or preachy or obnoxious. Just find the right moments to make it clear how you feel, plant that seed, and allow people to process things in their own time. Pushing people pushes them away. Most people are followers. For the whole lives, they’ve been following the pro-Israel narrative. You aren’t going to change them either one single rant or lecture. What will change them is hearing enough people around them expressing a different view. It takes time, but exponential growth is on our side.

What can regular citizens do to help destroy Israel and ZOG? Everyone is waking up but how do we stop them?

@xor_str @GreenTextRepost Salt can even hydrate you too much and make your lungs puffy with water. I tried the salt hydration thing before running for the first time and I felt like I was choking a little bit, I thought I was just tired but it was at the start of my run.

@GreenTextRepost how many people are actually aware that salt is what allows you to hold onto water and not just piss it all out but to much salt will in fact dehydrate you. if you find your self drinking a lot of liquid but still dehydrated this is why it has no sodium
