Meet James Sherborne, the 5th co-founder of Hecto, and Chief Investment Officer. James sits at the intersection of capital markets, research, and digital assets. He started in investment banking at Cantor Fitzgerald and HSBC, then moved into equity research at Berenberg, where he co authored the firm’s flagship blockchain research and advised institutional clients on strategy and risk in crypto markets. In 2018, James co-founded Saxon alongside Hecto CEO @0xtanler, and has since helped structure and execute over $300M in transactions across token launches, private placements, and digital asset capital raises, including work within an FCA regulated context.
