We are born with an internal guidance system. Some call it intuition. However, most of us spend so much time and effort researching the best way to do something rather than spending the time to get clear on what that inner voice ultimately knows is best.

Some people are out here causing chaos for chaos sake. But let’s not forget that many people are feeling equal parts fear to other people’s excitement. Compassion 🫶🏻

Time will tell but this feels like the best recommendation I’ve ever received 🙌🏻 I’ve spent 10’s of thousands of dollars on therapy/reiki/life coach. I’ve visited a psychic and had maybe 5 tarot card readings. In each of those experiences the person was able to unlock an aspect of me I was unaware of or ignoring. Through all that I’ve been left with this missing piece of how to heal some wounds that are persistent. To go back and hold appreciation for myself at all ages and all circumstances feels so much more empowering than wondering why this little boy voice inside me won’t quiet down. Like, I know I’m safe. I have a huge house and all needs met. I need not have these massive feeling of neglect and abandonment. And so I’ve always tried to go in and calm that voice. Whereas here and now I’m going to go in and thank that voice. Thank that child for enduring whatever circumstance. And more over, I’m gonna let him know he did it. He endured things children aren’t meant to endure. He did it with style and grace and became so wise. Thank you from the bottom, top and all sides of my heart, Tyler 🙏🏻❤️🙌🏻 .
