Darting between downpours, it was nice to make a start on decorating some street cabinets in Stirchley. This box is at the heart of the high street and when its finished, a 6 colour Pride rainbow will sit on a blue, pink and white sky. 🏳️⚧️

At my local train station, neither next train display screen is working and there's no train times on the station. I've also seen 3 out of service help points. Closing ticket offices prevents folk who need these services from independent travel.

The benefit of a staffed ticket office cannot be measured in ticket sales. Staff make train stations more accessible, they support digitally excluded communities with route planning, and they are irreplaceable assets when there are delays/issues.

Driving in Brum feels like it's got so much more reckless lately.
The day after the accident in KH, a driver drift through the red light on his phone as I was about to cross, and 30s later a different car ran over a traffic cone and just dragged it along
