#Spen20 ‘24 was one to remember. Exceeded all expectations with 2 hrs 33 on this tough course in the spring sunshine. Even Strava was impressed! A 3 week taper now for @Marathon_Mcr. Great to share today with Emer, Helen & @andy5000miles who popped by at the end to support us 🙌
