@HelenBowditch1 Of course. The Iranian regime is despicable for what it has done to its own people. But I don't think the US has a clue as to what comes afterwards. What are its aims? This could well unleash massive instability.

The British involvement in the invasion of Iraq in 2003 was one of the very worst foreign policy blunders. Certainly the worst since the Suez crisis. So the fact that the British PM has refused to go along with this US adventure in the Middle East reflects well on Starmer.

@guernseyliz14 My favourite ready-meal comfort food is the Co-op’s Mac n cheese from their irresistible range. It’s very filling and tastes like a giant hug.

Comfort food again. M&S are found some meatballs with no additives. in their new 3 ingredients only range. Served with pasta and a home made tomato and red pepper sauce. Nice and warming. And a couple of portions to freeze sans pasta.

Finally entered the Guernsey wearing era of life. Wasn’t cheap, but the quality is amazing and hopefully I’ll get good wear out of it.

@guernseyanne It’s 100% wool so the washing instructions are a bit of a palaver. I don’t find it picky, but tbh I’ve not worn it properly yet because it would be too toasty in this warm weather.
