@Joulesclothing I have been issued with a gift card instead of a full refund. Why do I have to be out of pocket for an order made prior to you going in to administration?

@Joulesclothing It feels really unfair as I checked the returns policy when I ordered and surely the returns policy should be valid for when you ordered rather than changed between ordering and the time you have to return items.

@Joulesclothing why is it that if you ordered things before the administration was announced that you only get a gift card not a refund? I’m now stuck with two pairs of walking boots as I don’t want a gift card that I might not use. I want my money back and just one pair of boots
