@GoughCJ Not surprised they have plenty of availability. Also, there are plenty in our local independent grocers, you just have to be willing to pay more. The supermarkets need to start treating our farmers better and giving them a decent amount of money for their produce.

Odd few weeks for me. Following a short illness in early Dec, I was diagnosed with #T1DM on Xmas Eve. Still adjusting to my new normal, v. anxious about the dreaded hypos! Keen to hear from any of my colleagues who live with the condition, how they manage work/life @DiabetesUK

@vickymgibson It's such a shame that despite the progress in medical specialities in reducing hierarchy there is still this anxiety which suggests many consultants still project 'feel free to cope'. Do you tell your juniors to call if they have questions/concerns or is it assumed they will?

Please don’t ever worry about calling me. I get woken at 3am by a 4 year old telling me there’s a pirate in his bedroom, so whatever you’re calling about will always be an improvement on that

@NicholeCarnes1 Have you looked into CPT2 as a possibility? I am not an expert but just a thought. Not sure if your husbands signs and symptoms fit entirely. I hope you find an answer. It must be so hard in a system where you have to pay for investigations and treatment.

My husband has been sick for 4 months never tested positive for COVID He experiences faintness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, stomach/bowel issues, horrible headaches/migraines. has lost 30 lbs mostly muscle his muscle enzymes (cpk) has been highly elevated … a thread…#aThread
