Gary Vilke, the expert that AG James relied on, has now said that police did not cause Daniel Prude's death, nor did police cause George Floyd's death. The AG ought to explain, at length and with no time restrictions, her thought process on why she chose Vilke. 3)

Reading grand jury testimony, it seems clear that despite what AG James said publicly, she did not want RPD officers charged for Daniel Prude's death. There's just no way she would bring on Gary Vilke if she believed otherwise. 1)
