@Paulostcg We see eye to eye on one thing. We love FaB and want whats best for it. It might not be the same thing and thats okay. We both strive to show how great FaB is.

@HelpMeJace I don’t care about it too much because high barrier to entry keeps the EV goblins out, which also keeps cheaters/bad actors out. Hence why the community is so great. People that play FaB care about clean competition, skill expression and ‘play the game, see the world’ the most💪

The barrier to entry for FaB will cause its downfall long term. Like how can you even justify playing a smaller niche game when decks are 5 times more expensive than your competitors and they have better prizing? Stagnation leads to decay.

@deathstalker182 Im okay losing 75% of the value in my collection as long as the game becomes more accessible. I have GFs id happily lost money on if the game continues to grow.

Players. Stuff to expensive. Lss reprints. Still not cheap enough. Lss reprints felling and plow into the ground. Players reeeeee to cheap i lost 100 dollars. Also players. My gold foils ONLY sell for 1k now and my collection went down cause no ones playing this hero. Sigh

@HelpMeJace @Fridgemuffin09 why are you acting like spec cards limited to those classes were worth any money when it is in-class specific cards you can use for other heroes that hold value, you just choose not to play other heroes.

@Fridgemuffin09 @HelpMeJace again - this has been argued to ad nauseum. magic rotates twice every 16 months. youre shelling out 2k every 8months to stay meta relevant. FAB has no rotation, and the premium gear is universal across classes/generics. by every metric it is cheaper to engage with long term

@HelpMeJace 100% agree, I started playing after Super Slam. Sage is excellent but people locally all want to play CC. Upshifting key generics like shelter is the OPPOSITE of what they should be doing, and CEOs ripping up cards looks awful. Community needs to be more vocal on accessibility.

@BlakeMeier Completely agree. There were so many good little reprints you could have thrown in to also increase the overall value of the box too. Stridders/Funnel etc.

@ChristianY_116 @Fridgemuffin09 Yeah, I love FaB, its why i make theses kinda post. As someone who has been window shopping other TCGs for a bit, looking back into FaB, you don't realize how much of a price difference there is between games. I could see why a new comer to TCGs would never play this.

@Fridgemuffin09 The price of the game has just got to such a high level in terms of hobby, its hard to recommend the game anymore with how the world is right now.

@HelpMeJace Unfortunately, I'm not sure what can be done about this unless they just print every staple card from the past few years at rare or something and they definitely wont do that. Gems need to be banned from CC

@HelpMeJace Yea, I agree with Cody's sentiment on one of the most recent pods how can I recommend FaB to someone when riftbound decks are way cheaper and you can still compete for money playing a D tier champ
