He’s definitely not going to cost less than what they paid for him a season ago. Question will be if there is any get out clause should they get relegated. 40-50m will be money well spent, a significant improvement on Ugarte, and with respect, his predecessors McTominay and Fred

🚨 Now that West Ham are close to being relegated, United could get Mateus Fernandes for a fee of around £25m. Mateus Fernandes is young, versatile, has Premier League performance and could be a solid low cost option. YES or NO?

I used to date this lady. We had a big issue, she blocked me everywhere for weeks. My only option left was sending a sincere apology email… and she replied in just a few seconds. Make it make sense 😂

Abuja is a good place to live, no doubt, but one thing people hardly talk about enough is how difficult it is to live in Abuja. Accommodation alone is a major problem. Agents and landlords fix rent as if everyone in Abuja is connected to government money😂. You can hardly get a decent one-bedroom apartment within town for under 2–3 million naira yearly. If your budget is around 1 million, you will most likely end up staying in a place a bit far from town and spend even more money commuting daily. The painful part is that most people in Abuja are average income earners, except the politicians, their allies, and few rich people. A lot of people survive on salaries between 70k–150k, and even those opportunities are not easy to find. Yet rents, transportation, food, and general living expenses keep increasing. Most people here are honestly struggling financially; Abuja just has a culture of packaging hardship to look comfortable. 😂😂😂Don’t let anybody make you feel less of yourself o. Transportation itself is another daily battle. When you finally find a car, they squeeze four people at the back and two in front as if human beings are cargo. Public transportation is neither efficient nor properly structured for the population. For a city that serves as the nation’s capital, the lack of a reliable and accessible transport system is shocking. Abuja was clearly designed for people with cars. If you do not have your own car here, daily movement can be stressful and exhausting. The road network looks beautiful on paper, but in reality, many places are difficult to access without private transportation. When I got my car, I was moved to tears because 😂😂😂. I had my own share of Abuja public transport for about 4 years—wearing suit and tie only to be packed like fish with 3 other people. Your white shirt can even get messed up. After spending money of dry cleaning. If you’re not having issues with transportation, accommodation will be stressful, if that is not really a problem, you will be complaining high cost of living. I personally don’t understand the hype about Abuja. Yes, the city is calm and organized compared to many places, but the cost of living is overwhelming for average earners. If you do not have a stable, well-paying job or a reliable source of income, Abuja go humble you. It is a good place to live, yes, but the general cost of living, accommodation, transportation, and the growing insecurity concerns make survival difficult for many residents. God will continue to help us. May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria 🇳🇬. Thank you.

Beautiful Monday morning, you step out looking sharp in your freshly ironed outfit for your 9-5, ready for the new work week. But because public transportation is a struggle, you end up squeezed in a taxi between two people who clearly haven’t bathed in days. Their body odor completely overpowers your perfume, and just like that, your Monday morning is already ruined.
